Royal Norfolk Show Update

This year, for the first time Marine Tech exhibited at the prestigious Royal Norfolk Show. We took along a selection of Quicksilver Boats, the Maxima 550 Dutch Sloop that we have recently imported from Holland in association with Honda Marine, and a selection of new outboard motors and Honwave Inflatables.

Although it definitely wasn’t ‘flaming June’ the weather stayed dry on both days and we even managed to discard our coats on Thursday!  With attendance at around 81,500 people we were kept busy with a steady stream of visitors to the stand and we sold our first boat a Maxima 550 Sloop at lunchtime on Wednesday to a local couple from Wroxham.

Our Maxima 550 Sloop was without a doubt the star of our stand, drawing lots of attention from passers by who had never heard of the brand before and were pleasantly surprised by just how reasonably priced they are and how quickly they could be out on the water enjoying the summer.

We are now working through other enquiries which may involve part exchange with owners existing boats, something we are always happy to consider with new boat sales.

A selection of other Maxima models are available up to 7.5m powered by outboard engine or inboard diesel engine.
